Kendal has over 12 years of corporate Business to Business Travel experience with American Express Business Travel, most recently as an Asia Pacific Regional Travel Implementation Project Manager. Her role included managing and aligning new customers into approximately 14+ countries collaborating with global or regional expectations. Key objectives included driving change management objectives and align multi-market customer strategies and policies.
She is a distinguished people leader having managed teams of up to 17 consultants, supervisors and administration employees. Responsible for the achievement of quality, profitability and productivity goals within the team.
Kendal has been a sought after and trusted Subject Matter Expert in many Team Leading duties including: Performance Management, Performance Counselling, Change Management and Customer Relationship Management with existing Team Leaders to ensure a consistent leadership approach.
For the past few years, Kendal has been at home raising her two boys Max and Eddie. She has always had a passion for skin as she was a regular client at Flawless Rejuvenation, and thus became an integral part of the team. She utilises her past experience by managing and supporting the team members in order to operate a smooth day to day running of the clinic. In addition to this Kendal has a passion for customer service, ensuring that all customers are happy and well looked after.
