READY TO DO A BIT MORE THAN A FACIAL?
The Spring Facial is a reset. This one is for when you have something more specific in mind: tone that is not as even as it used to be, texture, pigmentation you notice more in the warmer months.
It pairs two treatments in one hour. Laser Genesis works on tone and texture. PRX-Plus is a topical, needle-free treatment applied to the skin. Neither involves needling, and most people go back to their day afterwards.

BEYOND SKIN
YOUR SPRING RESET, FROM THE NECK DOWN
The truBody Sculpting Package uses truSculpt, which is a radiofrequency treatment that targets one area of the body. One session, one main area, whether that is your stomach, your hips or somewhere else you have been thinking about.
It is not a substitute for eating well and moving, and we would not pretend otherwise. It is for people who are already doing that and want help with one specific area that has not shifted.
First things first: this one starts with a chat.
A body consultation comes before you buy, not after. That is not us adding a hoop for the sake of it. Body treatments depend on the area, your goals and whether the treatment is appropriate for you at all, and none of that can be worked out from a webpage.
If it turns out this is not the right starting point for you, we will say so. The consultation is $50, obligation-free, and fully redeemable if you go ahead.

Two optional extras you can talk through at your consultation. Neither is required, and neither changes the package price unless you add it. truFlex is only available at our Hampton clinic.
truFlex uses electrical muscle stimulation rather than radiofrequency, so it is doing a different job to truSculpt. It is not suitable for everyone: it cannot be used if you have an electrical device implant such as a pacemaker or defibrillator, epilepsy, a hernia in the treatment area, or a cardiac arrhythmia. A consultation is essential so we can check.

Melissa will look at your current habits, goals and lifestyle, then help you put together a practical nutrition strategy that works alongside what you’re already doing.
The idea isn’t perfection, restriction or a complicated plan you’ll never follow. It’s simply giving you a clearer, more considered approach to support your broader body goals.

Welcome. You do not need to arrive knowing what to book. A consultation is $50, obligation-free, and fully redeemable if you go ahead with treatment. Most people find it sorts out more than they expected.
Got something coming up?
Tell us the date when you book. Some treatments sit better a few weeks out than a few days out, and we would much rather move things around than have you at an event wishing you had waited. Laser Genesis in particular develops gradually over three to four weeks.
Downtime
It genuinely varies. The skin offers here are non-invasive and most people head straight back to their day, though plan for SPF and skipping active skincare for a few days. For the body package, expect the area to feel warm and flushed for around an hour.
